Prices are per piece for 100+ and 500+ pieces. Mix bags in one order, for example a file cover and a tote for each delegate.
Your Event Logo on Every Bag
Orders with your event name or logo start from 100 pieces. Plain bags start from 26 pieces. Choose juco, plain jute, canvas or printed jute.

Tell us the bags, quantity, event date and delivery city. We reply as soon as we can.

See a sample
A sample costs Rs 500 and is ready within 2 days. It is made before any order advance and is not adjusted against the order.

Confirm your order
Approve the sample and your event artwork, then pay a 50% advance to confirm.

Dispatch
Pay the remaining 50% before dispatch. We deliver across India; transport is paid by the client.

What is the minimum order for conference bags?
Bags with your event name or logo start from 100 pieces. Plain bags, without a logo, start from 26 pieces.
Can you print the event name and logo?
Yes, on orders of 100 pieces or more. Send your artwork on WhatsApp and we will confirm the details.
Do you fill the bags or pack the kits?
No. We make and print the bags and file covers. Your team fills them with the event material.
Can we see a sample first?
Yes. A sample costs Rs 500 and is ready within 2 days. It is made before any order advance, and the sample charge is not adjusted against the order.
How early should we order for an event?
Order at least 15 days before the date you need the bags. That leaves time for the sample, making the bags and delivery.
How do delivery and payment work?
We deliver across India, and transport is paid by the client. Payment is 50% advance to confirm the order and 50% before dispatch. Prices are GST extra.
